He needs to stop taking the tablets and Megan needs to get locked up but this storyline needs to end asap because can’t be doing with Sam acting like this

Actually I did because it was quite obvious Sam was hallucinating. Hardly surprising after how Megan manipulated him & taking ADHD medication that wasn't for him. Just hope someone recognises it soon to help poor Sam.

The only people this is a "twist" to are Nick, Leanne & Toyah who as a former counsellor would think she would spot the signs of Sam's Mental Health struggles. As for viewers seems we knew Sam was having psychosis/hallucinations

I find that Sam kid has one expression, while acting sad, scared, happy, excited, angry, whatever. No idea why he's winning awards. Oh, I see...

Sadly I did. Can’t help but think he has some sort of psychosis, with some elements of PTSD (such as being visibly perturbed when Toyah came up behind him), probably from his mother’s death and other events in his life.

Everyone. He has been having hallucinations (if that's the right terminology) about Will chasing him for weeks. It's such a poor storyline character/arc. Is it supposed to tie in with the nonsense spat with Lily that was (seemingly) randomly dropped? Disappointingly bad.
