I use shift to crouch Alt to walk v to talk mouse4 to change radar zoom Q to quick drop bomb and swap back to primary Z for Smoke X for Flash C for HE Mwheeldown for jump (everyone does this tho)

Using something like a footpedal for push-to-talk is actually a bit genius ngl. But yeah, some of those other keybinds mentioned are crazy.

When I used to have a Logitech G602 Mouse, I bound activate, which was H on my keyboard, to... I think it was Mouse 8? It was very convenient during Scream Fortress/Mannpower.

I mean GZDOOM has it to where caps lock toggles auto run. So not too obscure in my opinion. That is a matter of perspective however.
