Camera guy had mace in his hand ready. He provoked and was ready to mace the guy. 100% camera guy at fault. The person filming from non-mace hand side is an accessory

Store owner seems to be in the wrong here depending on what counts as curtilage here but it seems like dudes just standing on a public sidewalk. That said, it still seems like two bitches fighting.

LMAO. Yes. That would be an accurate determination. I also feel like there's additional context missing. Like they've had a run in before or there was more that happened initially not captured on camera.

I love the part where the camera is fine because he pushed the handle but the camera guy turns off the gimbal control and then claims the camera is broken….then has it turned back on while talking to the police because it was never broken

Camera man. You don't use pepper spray unless you feel threatened. Touching stuff is not threatening.

Camera dude is in the wrong. Store owner clearly didn't intend to break the camera (I don't believe that he actually did), he was simply pushing the camera out of his face. Escalating to pepper spray is a BIG jump in this situation. Camera dude deserves a trip to jail for it.

Camera man. He hurt another fiancially for selfish reasons. Then he lied about his camera being broken. The pepper spray was disproportionate. I hope he went to jail.
