1. In this video, I don't understand how the criteria for arrest was met. 2. While I would have chosen a different approach, the catalyst for her actions was an arrest that seems to have had no basis. Why should she be condemned for fighting what was functionally a kidnapping?

That lady cop needs to lose her badge she clearly escalated a conversation into an arrest because she thought she had some kind of right to be a nazi bitch. I can give the other three a pass for assisting another officer but the lady needs to be fired. Sam was asking legitimate questions and the cops as usual didnt see the need to cooperate with civilians

When you're stopped by cops your job is to be on your way ASAP The cop gave a rare bit of good advice: Stop talking. Hand over required documentation if driving and invoke your right to remain silent. You can not win on the street. In court, yes.

What sucks is that she won't face any charges for the initial interaction but they wrongfully arrested her and she'll face resisting charges for resisting an arrest that should've never happened
