Had the grandmother asked to see the teacher in private, this could have been avoided. How did the grandmother get access to the teacher without security knowing? That means the kids can easily get kidnapped by strangers who have access to the school yard.😳

Firstly we need to leave the race card out of this, it’s very normal for a parent to come and defend their kid at school and teachers should always be trained to deal with such situations by not saying anything especially in the presence of learners.

They both wrong. - firstly, calling an elder with derogatory terms is very Disrespectful. - as a parent and have problems with a teacher, you report them to the office. You don't go disturbing them during with time. Call them to the office and let the school handle her

Damn teacher you should have handled this matter differently. Khe, hope she has reflected on her behavior and is learning from it. Irrespective if the grandstands was rude. Best way to handle contractions and conflicts is to keep your mouth shut and press record.

Teacher is rude , disrespectful and entitled. Ouma is upset and louder than necessary. The teacher is wrong bc she could have handled the situation much better and she's delusional as well seeing as she kept this video after taking. She suffers from a case of victim mentality.

The teacher handled this very well. I don’t agree with her comments about coloreds but she handled this Gogo very well. Her grandchild is a problem in class, instead of coming to the school to resolve the conflict between the teacher & her child, she came to insult the teacher.
