We celebrated Yalda, Hanukkah, and an early Christmas together. Thank you, Melissa Lantsman and Costas Menegakis MP for accepting my invitation. The spirit of Yalda, the longest night of the year, Hanukkah, and Christmas is the same: we acknowledge the darkness but hold faith that light will ultimately overcome it. Be brave like the lion-hearted Iranians, courageous like the Jewish Maccabees, and kind with a pure heart like Jesus. From different backgrounds, we united for freedom. Thank you Daniel Bordman for leading the Hanukkah prayers and explaining the spirit of the night so well. Thank you to everyone who came, and special thanks to Esfahan restaurant for their wonderful hospitality.
