Lillestrøm v Vålerenga is indeed Norway’s biggest derby, but it’s not the «Oslo derby». Vålerenga are from Oslo and Lillestrøm are from Lillestrøm (and they are quite proud of it).

The danish league is by far the strongest top to bottom so there’s really no question which would dominate. They’re simply too superior financially. Maybe with time that would change in a combined league but I also think that’s why they would never be interested in it
