If I saw John goodman in real life I would not know who the hell he was. Can you seriously say you know who this skinny homeless guy is? This guy has completely changed his looks. He might say it was the best thing he has done for his health from my stand point being an occupational therapist in a nursing home nope you have completely not helped your health situation
