Well, yes and no. That's a massive seedy/low income area in the nw. It's being redeveloped. So it's extra shitty right now. That area and 97th street north of the river valley are the effective ghettos of Edmonton

Friend works in DT Edmonton. He confirms is basically Dawn of the Dead. Only goes into the office if absolutely necessary. Otherwise unsafe!
