Somebody didn't bother to take weight and CG calculations into account. I'm willing to bet all the (really heavy) grills, gas cylinders for the grills, etc are all on the starboard side and that's why it went over like it did.

This is simple physics. I knew immediately what would happen. It should have been obvious that it wouldn't work. You can't have 8 feet out of the water and 2 feet under the water unless you have massive ballast. You don't need to be a former sailor like me to figure this out.
