Also i resent the notion that minimum wage is for low skilled workers. Some of the hardest, labor inducing jobs pay minimum wage. And let’s not pretend like some of these high paying jobs are sooo hard and technical that it couldn’t be taught in a few weeks of training. Bye Kirk

The argument that increasing the minimum wage will lead to decreased employment and a vicious cycle of increased costs is flawed. We must challenge these assumptions and advocate for policies that prioritize the well-being of workers and promote a more equitable economy.

Minimum wage was 7k for years and price continue to go up on everything so where’s that balance?? Now minimum wage going up you hear prices will go up ummm no matter what happens cost of good and service will go up and minimum wage should match that.

This has been flawed argument been used all the time. Without the labour the capital can't make a profit and without capital the labour can't earn a wage. Therefore, a balance must found. The problem is l see people supporting exploitation.

Lol. His logic is that they only allocate a specific amount to paying wages and won’t go over that, that’s why to keep more workers, he pays less. When he could just … raise the allocated amount. It wont hurt him as much as he’s implying it would.

The balance is between continuing profits and increase in wage bill. A lot of companies can pay more, but they have a minimum profit margin that they are unwilling to relinquish, depending of the requirements of the members of the company.

Many may be angry at him but he made some valid points, businessess entire motive is to make a profit, if it means cutting staff or raising prices to do so, that's what they are going to do. It is what it is

A worthy contribution to the argument. It's not the COMPLETE argument of course, but his final couple of sentences has real merit. One Love Still

I understand this logic coming from a small business. But a large corporation making billions, they have the money to pay their workers more.
