Who’s in the wrong here?

Dude went onto the wrong side of the road to hit the truck and is still somehow pissed off

It always the biker...

They're both at fault, the motorcycle was speeding and not being cautious as well as crossing the double yellow, the truck driver is not paying attention and flipped an illegal U over a double yellow line, they're both at fault

The biker just learned a hard lesson about the phenomenon known as "target fixation"

Wrong side of the road

Was the motorcycle rider trying to off himself? He had more than a football field to the right to avoid the truck. He also had plenty of time to slow down

The truck is DEFINITELY in the wrong. That's an illegal u-turn with double solid yellow lines

They’re both fucking stupid. But I think the biker is dumber just because he seems like much more of a phaggot. You can’t make a U-Turn on a double yellow, and you can’t pass other cars on the opposite side of the road

single lane road winding, twisting terrain *multiple* vehicles slowed or stopped in front of him (i.e., lookie-loos) rapidly accelerates to an unsafe speed for that road goes over double yellow because he can't brake safely But somehow, the cyclist is wronged? Fucking moron should either lose his license or just go ahead and donate his organs already.

Had you stayed in your own fucking lane you would have been fine!

Bro just wanted a new bike Going into the opposing lane to hit the truck and then getting upset is wild. Even if it was an illegal U-turn

He’s in the wrong lane. Biker is a clown

Definitely the motorcycles fault even if it was an illegal u turn slow down and pay attention also maybe stay in your own lane… wouldn’t have crashed at all 😂

Motorcyclist. Truck making a turn is acceptable. Passing requires you to make allowances for traffic in front. From a motorcyclist.

Obviously the truck but didn’t the motorcycle have time to move?

I can tell you 100% from experience. Speed doesn’t change the fact he made the u turn unsafe. Truck at fault

100% the bikers fault. Speeding ✅ Saw the direction the truck was driving✅ Zero posted signs that say no U-turn ✅ Merged to the left lane the truck was located✅ Didn’t stay in the right lane and go around the backside✅ He may be a rider but not a very good one. He panicked!

The dude on the bike sucks at riding motorcycles. Couldn’t steer to avoid the truck because he grabbed a fistful of brake. He had plenty of time to react.

Biker was in the wrong lane, and driving dangerously

Buddy is on the wrong side of the road

While the truck was wrong for the U turn the biker drove over the double yellow line to purposely hit the truck. Their respective insurance companies will fight it out. No one wins.

The truck is clearly making an illegal U-turn, but I don’t see how in the world the guy on the motorcycle managed to hit him. His entire lane was clear. It looked like he had to go out of his way to hit him.

It's unclear if the motorcycle was speeding, but the truck illegally crossed the double yellow lines.

This question has multiple answers that are correct differently depending on where it happened. The main fault lies with the truck for making an illegal U turn across double yellows However some states have culpable negligence laws, and the biker contributed to the crash by leaving his lane. If he is even 1% at fault he cannot recover losses in a culpable negligence state (in the US, like Virginia)

Why did the biker dude cross the center line? Would have been fine if he stayed in his lane. And why go so fast next to a bunch of stopped vehicles? Not at all curious why they’re stopped?

I’m a motorcyclist. I live in a place where I can ride one of my motorcycles as primary transportation 90% of the time. You have to ride knowing most of the traffic around you has no idea of motorcycles. It’s on you to ride safely. I’d smack one of my kids if they rode like this.

The insurance company will look at the footage and see the motorbike was on the wrong side of the road even though the truck made a u-turn the accident was avoidable. For insurance purposes the biker is at fault.

Biker yells at truck: “You messed up my bike with your stupid truck illegal u turning while I was recklessly speeding across the double line.”

Biker purposely ran into the truck. Why did he go into the opposite lane of traffic? Looks like he wanted to run into that truck. He must have damaged it earlier in the day and needed someone elses insurance to pay for it. Bikers are the worst people on the road...after truckers.

Obviously the truck is at fault 💀 double yellow lines hello? Yall mfs in the comments need your drivers license revoked

Fucking bikers always target other offenders and play the victim. He obviously crossed the yellows to hit the truck. That’s obvious. 2 wings don’t make a right. Of course the truck shouldn’t have flipped a U there, but the bike could have easily avoided him, and that’s proven by the second bike, which (pun intended) stayed in her lane.

The biker has the reflexes of a drunk sloth. My dead grandfather could have avoided that truck.

why do Americans know so little about motorcycles and hate them so much. the bike did the best he could've done. if he stayed in his lane with weaker braking power he would have hit the truck. he used full braking power which has the effect of straightening the bike so you can't steer. for all the retards arguing he hit the truck. he would not have to brake and loose steering if the truck didn't make an illegal turn in a blind corner over double yellow lines!

Bikers fault. All day...

Whoever is at fault, DARWIN WINS🏆
