I really hope there is more to this because the stakes were unbelievably high, and it's just feels like ending on a thud removing all of the void after they capped literally 9 new planets to the void. Calypso is still missing. No answers on what happened to the science team and their assimilation. No answers on what happened to the DSS. No explanation for why two planets are considered in a "demilitarized zone." Like I said, hope there is more to this. It has a lot of potential for some real cosmic horror.

How I felt after hours of diving, tanking multiple laser/electricity blasts, squid air strikes, and even crusher hits(thanks to stims) and seeing 99% with hours still remaining, knowing we’d make it and I did my part

The dissolution of the void is a W, but we definitely paid for it. The DSS is crippled & Calypso is still MIA. Oh yeah, and the squids still control most of the southern border, it’s just that they can’t hide behind the curtain any more. Bit of a pyrrhic victory honestly.

Did we though? Calypso is gone, the DSS is dead, High Command seems to be acting erratic, and jumping to Afoyay Bay you can still hear knocking all around the ship. Also, why can't we retake the planets we lost? Why are SEAF Troopers there alone?
