holding my funds without justification is unacceptable. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, you've failed to contact KUDA bank and provide a clear solution. I demand immediate release of my funds and a formal explanation for the delay.

A transfer was made from my Kuda bank to my Opay account which never reflected on my balance , but reflected on my transaction history list as pending transaction. After some hours, it later showed failed.. I have contacted Kuda bank and they stated the transaction was successful
