Whose idea was it to stop students from repeating a class, even when they were failing badly? Was this policy ever backed by evidence, and has anyone measured its impact on learning outcomes?

But this is just unusual that it would fall in such an even and controlled manner. Can anyone convince me that this was just a fire and nothing else going on? Thanks.

Leeds chase: police car overturned, knife and drugs found after BMW fails to stop At 10.37am today (Monday), a silver BMW didn’t stop for officers on Chapeltown Road and sped off towards Harehills Avenue. It was later spotted on Lincoln Green Road before officers used tactical contact to stop it on York Road. A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop. A knife and Class A drugs were recovered. One officer was checked over by paramedics for shoulder pain after a police vehicle overturned. Enquiries continue.
