Buyer is in the right..the seller shouldve said “ $2400 without guard or “$$” with guard” But saying guard is $70 then up price to $2500(+$100) is a asshole move
You can’t show the guard and then be like oh it’s not included. He should offer both the prices if it doesn’t come with it.
Yeh i agree. The majority of people would expect the guard to be included if it was left on the slab. Needed to make it clear before negotiating the price.
The seller should have thrown the guard in for free. Are they really making 2400 dollar sales that often? I would have walked away after that.
