Buyer is in the right..the seller shouldve said “ $2400 without guard or “$$” with guard” But saying guard is $70 then up price to $2500(+$100) is a asshole move

You can’t show the guard and then be like oh it’s not included. He should offer both the prices if it doesn’t come with it.

Yeh i agree. The majority of people would expect the guard to be included if it was left on the slab. Needed to make it clear before negotiating the price.
