They're NOT human, they developed the ability to speak and mimic humans but they're an inferior subspecies that pose a strain and danger to society. We have to stop denying the obvious truth. Their low impulse control coupled with their low IQ pose a threat to all of society.

Because we let them. We don't punish fast and punish hard for behavior like this. They have become entitled, even dumber (if that was possible) and resort to their original programming. They know nothing will happen to them and if it does, people will riot. There is no countering this type of behavior until we finally have had enough and start fighting back.
