NEW: Supreme Court unanimously sides with the 2nd Amendment The Supreme Court rules 9-0 saying you can’t disqualify someone from owning a gun because they’re a drug user “It was whether or not you could go after someone who you discovered was a habitual drug user, in this case marijuana, and that disqualified them from owning or possessing a gun” “The court has got a unanimous opinion — nobody's dissenting here, saying that the prosecution of this individual or going after this individual based on his drug usage and gun ownership violates the Second Amendment” Keep in mind this doesn’t mean you can possess the gun while intoxicated on the drug, this just means you can’t be targeted for owning it

We continue to highlight and fight back against this new wave of spyware laws because they target firearms, but their scope goes far beyond guns. They are an attack on American industry as a whole. These laws would regulate every device capable of production by forcing it to be analyzed live by AI algorithms, report what you are doing to the government in real time, and shut down your machine if they do not like what you are making. New Jersey gun owners just won! In a 10-5 decision, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals struck down New Jersey's ban on commonly owned semiautomatic rifles and magazines over 10 rounds. The court was clear — these firearms are protected by the Second Amendment. This victory belongs to the ANJRPC, Firearms Policy Coalition, NRA, the plaintiffs, and every attorney who refused to back down. For our friends in New Jersey, this is a major win, but the case has been remanded, and the state is still reviewing its options. We're waiting on legal guidance before updating our policies. No mention. Euphemisms. Just a “man originally from Cardiff” Why the cover-up? Why the racial double standard in reporting? This isn’t journalism it’s narrative control. And people are waking up.
