There is a new scam in the eligible and ineligible list being released by the Adani Sarkar. The ground floor residences are being declared ineligible while the first floor residents are being declared eligible. First floor residents are only eligible for rental housing in Deonar, Mulund and other faraway lands that are being usurped in the name of Dharavi. Once ground floor residents are declared ineligible, the Adani Sarkar doesn't have to provide housing to people living in that structure within Dharavi. This is their loot model. The idea is to declare as many ground floor residents as possible ineligible so that they can usurp all the land in Dharavi and dump Dharavikars outside! Met members of business bodies in Dharavi today to discuss their concerns regarding the Dharavi Vinash project. the growth engine of Dharavi, its commercial structures are not being made eligible based on antiquity and existence of the structure itself but on the basis of individuals working there.
