At the Adani Annual Conference, 2026, in Mumbai, Pranav Adani outlined the vision behind the Dharavi Redevelopment Project. Spread over 600 acres, this project is one of the world’s largest and most ambitious urban regeneration initiatives in a city. For the Adani Group, it is a unique opportunity to provide a life of dignity to over 1 million people who have been living in extremely difficult conditions for decades. Under this initiative, a modern infrastructure hub will be created, secure homes will be built and essential amenities will be provided to the residents – a city will be developed inside a city. Because at its heart, this transformation is about the people, restoring their dignity and ensuring a better tomorrow for them.

Vietnam is 10 times smaller than India, yet it gets 1.8 times more foreign tourists. This white woman came all the way to India on a 1 year visa, but within just weeks, she left. 1. INDIAN men have some serious problems. 2. INDIAN footpaths either do not exist or are broken, with poo everywhere. 3. TRASH is everywhere. 4. Streets and roads are filled with stray animals. 13 years of the Fake Swachh Abhiyan under the failed propaganda VishGuru, in a BJP state, has become a humiliation for India globally. What next, block the video in India?

The Road to Recovery: Understanding Burnout Healing Timelines TLDR: It takes about 2 years of diligent work to recover from burnout... but you can absolutely make it take longer... The burnout recovery timeline nobody tells you about... After struggling with burnout for almost a decade, I've finally mapped the real recovery journey. It's longer than most people think, but understanding these timelines saved my sanity. Mild burnout can resolve in about 6 months with proper rest. My first burnout took 4 months of doing absolutely nothing but playing video games before I started feeling better. Severe burnout? That's a 2-year journey with the right interventions. Without them, it can become permanent - I learned this the hard way when I still wasn't better after 3 years of "trying to recover." CFS or complete collapse is a 3-5 year road, sometimes with permanent changes. Each system in your body recovers at its own pace: Your gut might take 2 weeks to clear pathogens, but 6 months to heal damage and 2 years for complete microbiome restoration. Your adrenals respond to adaptogens within weeks, but need 2 years for full reconditioning as your brain physically remodels and stress hormones normalize. Your nervous system takes 2-4 weeks for initial stabilization, 3-6 months for improved vagal tone, and 1-2 years to reprogram anxiety responses. Your mitochondria (energy factories) recover fastest - noticeable improvement in 2-4 weeks, and major function returned in 2-3 months with proper support. Your immune system takes 1-3 months to begin reducing inflammation, 6-12 months to calm brain inflammation, and 18-24 months for complete balance. The #1 recovery killer? Impatience. I kept my burnout going by always pushing through, exercising harder, working more. Your body knows how to heal - you just need to create the right conditions and give it time.

Nancy Guthrie The Top 10 reasons the Guthrie children and their spouses are not responsible for Nancy's abduction: 10-Statistically speaking, Matricide accounts for less than 1% of all homicides and even less for abductions. 9-By All accounts, Nancy was loved by her family. Watch the family. They are heartbroken. Look into their faces. Watch their tears. They are not acting. 8-Nancy was 84 and not in great health-what would be the urgency. 7-Very little money to be had. She had been a widow for years. Lived in a house worth barely $1 million and after this tragedy, worth even less. Divided by 3, that's not much for murder. 6-The scheme is far too elaborate. 5-They would be denying their children a grandmother. 4-If Annie or Tommy wanted to abduct/harm Nancy, as Nancy's caretakers, just smother Nancy or tamper with meds. There would be No reason to stage a kidnapping to include ransom notes. 3-Savannah & Camron had absolutely no motive to abduct/harm their mother. They didn't need money. Savannah loved having her on the TODAY. This tragedy came as the biggest moment in Savannah's life (The Olympics) was scheduled to happen. 2-Law Enforcement said they are not involved. Why would anyone of us think we know more than them? And Number 1: Why in the heck would the family or anyone working for them need to conduct multiple site surveys on: 1/11 1/24 1/31 Before the 2/1 abduction mission. They grew up in that house and know everything about Nancy. C'mon. They aren't involved. #NancyGuthrie #NancyGuthriekidnapping

Since Mica let the black cat out of the bag that Klukai (HK416) is next after Reissi, let's talk about the big cat in the room: how much should I invest in Klukai? Many people would tell F2P players to go for a Dupe 3 Klukai, since she can be used as a bossing unit and all. But against their "wisdom", and as a CN player, I would highly recommend said players to actually just go for a Dupe 0 Klukai and save for other key units instead. > A dupe 3 Klukai basically has slightly lower potential DPS when compared to a built Qiongjiu. Check below video for the difference in Klukai's dupe 3 and dupe 6 kit. > Units like Vector, and Springfield, who are enablers for your Fire and Hydro team respectively, are better units to roll for, as they require lower investments for a bigger team composition benefit in the long run. They superbuff units like Qiongjiu/Qiuhua and Tololo respectively. > Vector and Springfield are both recommended to be Dupe 1, and if you can, grab their signature weapon too. For dolphins, you either keep Klukai at Dupe 0 or go all-in for Dupe 6 with Signature weapon, no point half-assing it at Dupe 3. As mentioned earlier, there's no point investing so much for a unit with slightly lower potential DPS than a free unit like Qiongjiu. Again, roll for Vector and Springfield, they are better ROI than Klukai is at Dupe 3 If you're planning for Vector and Springfield, try to get Dupe 1 with Signature weapon for Vector to superbuff your fire team. Then, get Dupe 1 or Dupe 6 Springfield with her Signature weapon to super buff Tololo. A dupe 6 Springfield basically matches Tololo in personal DPS. For whales, you guys will do what you want, you may take the above advice as consideration for your spending.

Exactly 1 year ago, I launched #Bitcoin Backstage alongside Bitcoin Magazine. It was a project that's sole purpose was to build a bridge between the bitcoin community and the normies, making the trending topics more digestible. As I watch the first couple of episodes, all I can think is how much we have grown, how we have improved, and how much love, sweat and tears have gone to this project. Andrea and I launched this project PEAK bear market, with all the odds against us. To those that are creating or want to start something but are waiting for the right moment, let me tell you something: the perfect moment DOES NOT exist. Launch your project NOW. Perfect it along the way. Get feedback. Evolve. But STOP waiting for the "right moment" because that moment will never come. In order to make you 52 episode, you need to make your first. So, thank you for those that watch the show and have been following. And thank you bitcoin magazine for allowing me to produce, host and publish BBS🧡🥹

THIS IS MASSIVE ‼️ Starting December 1, 2025 the Donald Trump Administration is cracking down on all cash buyers and LLCs purchasing American homes “The federal government is cracking down on home cash purchases targeting properties purchased to all cash by LLCs, Corporation, Trust and more. For years this type of purchases were flying under the radar and they were keeping the homeowners names anonymous. And that's all about to change right Now. Starting with December 1, 2025, FinCEN will require a full real estate report for all the purchases for residential real estate in US that are connected to trust, LLCs or corporations. This will give the federal government the ability to see who actually owns these properties and how they were able to fund it. Now who needs to report this? Well, whoever closes the deal. So if you're using a real estate attorney, that's the person that has to do it or escrow can also do it or you personally or your real estate agent. This has to be submitted within 30 days after closing. Now this is going to add a little bit more transparency whenever it comes to who purchased these properties and how those funds are coming in. “The goal is to crack down on money laundering, fraud, and hidden ownership in the housing market. For homebuyers, sellers, and investors, this means more transparency but also more scrutiny” This could impact realt estate deals across California, Texas and nationwide
