Exactly. They have nothing to do with FBAs. The Supreme Court agreed that it is lawful to remove them from the military. It's not about their race or skin color it's about their mental disability and how it's detrimental to effective service.

I think they are trying be slick and say we are an abomination. The majority of the LGBTQ is not even Black.
