Why are people hating on Fortnite Live Event?

B/c it doesn’t have the scuba emote

Nothing really happened. It wasn’t too grand. Plus it was during Battle Royale, so people were getting shot at too.

I woke up at 5am for a 30 second event

felt like a waste of time, went live for it and everything just for a ten second laser light show

Me and 2 kids and a friend joined to watch and was hyped and then was like...............oh ppl shooting us i guess it's over

Well when people kill you and take you out of the event, it gets irritating. And it was super stupid

because all the time wasted on mini events they could have done an actual event people waited hours just for a few portals on the map showing places we already know are in the new season

It was worse than the one when the island was destroyed & ig zero fusion was cool but one of the Seven is supposedly dead referring to the Paradigm & is she returning too reality warrior outfit!?

I wish I could just experience the Live events. I been on playing for the last 3 and didn’t get to experience it 🫣

People just don’t get it’s a “STORY MOMENT” and not a big earth shattering live event. I honestly found the mini story events this season to be great

I think fortnite should stop doing story moments and mini events cuz the community hates that shit

I have not played fort in over 3 weeks simply bc my schedule being flipped in terms of staying awake most of the night and I heard there is a event tmr so I updated my game and then I found out its a mini event and so I didnt bother to wake up for it lol

I think because of the buildup then it being too short, but there WILL be an event on the 19th

How do you get into these mini events, we did not get a chance to see anything and we were in before the countdown finished
