Why are people working at SBI so lazy and stubborn ??

All Govt banks think they r doing any "EHSAAN" on customers specially SBI. They give really worst customer experience, no way of talking, took 2hrs long lunch break n ppl wait, dey keep on talking to eachother or personal talk n keep ignoring their own clients.

SBI or PNB wale ..dhikkar hai inpar 🥲

Lesson: when you submit any document at any Bank get a receipt for it. Or get a photocopy and make the officer acknowledge receipt. Or at least take a pic of the doc on your phone. Then when they say they can’t find the document complain to the RBI ombudsman with evidence.

Go to the Pune city SBI branches omg the arrogance n entitlement will make u question why u came to the bank !

I know sbi sucks, but am I the only one who thinks that the customer is at fault here. The account he is arguing for is not his. He said he will not bring the original customer. Argues to open the account without real customer's presence. Isn't that asking to do a fraud.
