Why are reservations excluded from minority institutions and the judiciary esp when the latter support their moral need? Why do Milords suddenly think of merit when it comes to appointing their own but demand quotas when it comes to appointing doctors, scientists, and teachers?

Reservations should be in every aspect of life, example criminals from particular caste, religion should get lesser jail time for crimes than other caste and religion. Reservations should be the next fundamental right.

Milords love merit when it’s their bench, but quotas are just fine when it’s someone else’s job on the line.
