I remember back in the high school days, my machine shop teacher was trying to get hammer a piece of metal into place using a rivet gun....he literally goes "don't ever do this..." Then proceeds to do it and I watched a rivet shoot out of the gun into the thumb of his other hand holding the metal piece. In the split second it went into his finger, he uanked it out and I gave him a bunch of napkins to stop the bleeding but he goes "see that's why I tell people to don't ever do this, even I am not immune to accidents." Another time I went to class and I saw his eye was angry red...I was like "did you just come to teach class with pink eye?" It wasn't pink eye...he splashed molten metal into his eye by mistake during a class a few days before. Made me feel bad.

This one is my favorite. Rules in general are very important, when you follow the rules you feel safer🤷‍♀️
