wrong position, first take the breath, then lift wait, lower down wait, release breath. you are taking breath while moving that’s not correct imo

Extend it fully you are not getting complete contraction, missing the most important stretch of the muscle

Few things if you want a big pump: 1. High rep, medium weight. Do enough reps to where you could do 15-20 reps per set 2. On last set of each exercise, do it until failure. 3. Drink a lot of water, eat a lot of carbs every day (a good meal of 50 carbs or so an hour before your workout), and get plenty of sodium in your body every day Also, 4. Your form is not ideal. Get more range of motion and go further down to fully activate the long head of your bicep. Also don’t jerk like that at the end. Slow, controlled movements only. 5. Finally, you’re just skinny right now, at the beginning of your journey. Embrace the process and appreciate the dedication it takes. Building your body takes time.

I would use dumbbells for this variation, I get more control on my arms and can train both arms independently currently ur doing great, just do it slowly, let the muscles tear more

Because there is no bicep, give yourself 6 months more, it will pop out even when not pumped 👍

Zero range of motion. Lower the weight, let the machine go down more, slow your movement.

You need biceps to have a bicep pump, hope this helps

Take it completely down, then pull it back You're doing it half If there would not be any stretch, then muscles will not grow Also, 10-12 reps is the minimum that you should target

No biceps. Horrible form. Indian diet. That’s why you have no pump in your biceps. 1. Fix your shit Indian diet 2. Learn how to execute curls correctly 3. Execute the god damn curls correctly

Pay attention on NOT MOVING your shoulders during the movement. your upper arm should be IMMOBILE during the move. isolate the biceps in the movement with great attention. use very low weight shamelessly until you properly feel the movement.

You dont have biceps

Rod Schulz's profile picture

Because you are using your shoulders and upper back instead of your biceps on that position. You should be further forward but your forearm lenght is not appropriate for that machine. Drop that machine and do it old school

You aren’t going all the way down to actually stretch the bicep muscle

Without bringing diet, hydration and other factors into the equation, in response to your question: 1) Pull your shoulders back more. 2) Don't stop at that 90-degree angle on the eccentric contraction (negative), instead, slowly lower it down into a full stretch and then pause for moment before pulling back up. 3) When pulling up, concentrate on pulling primarily from your pinkies, ring-fingers, while purposely rotating your thumbs outward & downward towards the floor. 4) Since this 'preacher curl' has your elbows in front of your chest, for full bicep development make sure you do at least one exercise with your elbows next to your chest and one with your elbows behind your back. Blessings.

bicep staying on the pad rest. its in air. keep your back straight, shift a lil forward so that arms stay touched on the arm pads. keep legs pushed onto the ground, not loosely hanging forward. btw, do preacher at the end, it will show you results. starting me doesnt make much of a diff. 2-3 session later, you'll see the diff. normal curls/barbel curls -> hammer -> preacher is only what i do for arms.

While dropping the bar, let your hand extend. You are not getting the full range of the motion.

Bhai range of motion dekh hai hi ni do one thing take 5 kg dimbell at the start 15 curls, 15 hammer(1set) repeat it into 3!

Begin with cable bicep curls and barbell bicep curls if you’re a beginner, using suitable weights. After 3-4 weeks, once your form and muscle control improve, you can add these preacher curls..

Barbell curls 3-4 sets Dumbbell curls 3-4 sets Finish with preacher curls and do “21s” 2 times per week Pull-ups and deadlifts will also help. Give it time and consistency
