Why are these really like this Grok

@grok I don’t understand why the two types of French fries, cereal, Fanta, and candy are being compared. Fanta contains sugar, just like cereal and candy. Bread is made from flour, which has the same effect as sugar, and it also contains gluten. I agree with the rest.
