for some context. there are bike gang/clubs like the outlaws that do not let you pass them on the road. if you do they will try to run you off the road into a guard rail or ditch. You cannot have rides or wear certain types of clothing per their other rules. CCW laws >

In my experience, it has ALWAYS been the hard-core-wanna-be types that pull that nonsense. I have never seen a 1% club get sandy vaginas unless the other rider was being a douche (weaving into the formation or otherwise endangering a member etc). Just passing was not a crime.
