Zelensky has asked Putin for diplomacy four times since July. Putin responded by raising the military budget by 27% to 40% of gdp, and raising the authorised strength of the military 800k to 2.4 million. Putin will not seek peace and after Ukraine will start destabilisation and war in the Baltic states. Why else did he increase the numbers?
