That's why children should play in the dirt. They get exposed to all the 'attackers' and their immune system grows. You don't protect your children by sanitising everything they might touch.

Vitamins alone will not save you from pathogenic viruses. Viruses can be blocked from getting into your body in the first place e.g. by use of masks #n99 / #FFP3, and they can be inactivated and destroyed by heat, detergent (soap), or strong chemicals like bleach & chlorine.

Research further. They are indeed "killable" in the environment by a number of agents (natural or artificial).

Viruses aren't alive, but they can be destroyed quite easily. With soap or sunlight for example. Most just fall apart when exposed to open air. The reason they still manage to spread is because their numbers are insane.
