Why is this not on our national media? Why are the rights of 99% of the population being trampled for less than 1/1000 of a percent of the population. Separate reasonable accommodations seems to be a fair approach.

A biological male walks into the women’s locker room, women freeze, and the woman who speaks up gets treated like the problem. I do not support males in women’s locker rooms. Not “trans men.” Not “trans women.” Not “identifying as.” Sex-based spaces exist for a reason. Privacy, dignity, and safety are not bigotry. California’s Unruh Act is being used to erase women’s rights in the most intimate spaces we have. That has to change. No ideology, identity, or political belief should ever require women to ignore biological reality at the expense of our safety. Men are, on average, physically stronger than women. Today is International Women’s Day. The message is straightforward. Women deserve protection, respect, and fairness in law and in everyday life. Women’s rights begin with a clear recognition of biological reality. Women are biological females. That truth forms the foundation of the protections generations of women fought to secure. Women’s sports must remain for women. Female athletes trained for years to earn their scholarships, titles, and records. Those opportunities will remain protected for girls and women who compete on a level playing field. Women’s spaces must remain secure. You cannot erase sex by skipping the hearing. Women will not be pushed off competition so that men can take their medals, scholarships, and locker rooms. Women’s sports are for women.
