In doing a quick search, Israel does appear to have one of the highest LBGTQ+ populations in the world, with Tel Aviv holding the title of the gayest city in the world with 25% of its population identifying as LGBTQ+. For comparison purposes 15% of San Francisco and 13% of Seattle identifies as LGBTQ+. We also know Israel is a major proponent of LGBTQ+ propaganda. As for abortion rates, I wasn't able to confirm Israel is the world leader. Per capita their abortion rate is 9.59 per 1,000 women whereas Greenland's rate is 84.7 per 1,000. In terms of the percentage of pregnancies aborted, Israel is at 7.86% compared to Greenland's 59.09%. For comparison, the U.S. is at 16.9 per 1,000 women with 21% of pregnancies aborted. It could be the speaker in the video is alleging Israel is the abortion capital of the world because their abortion practices are essentially unrestricted in terms of at what point the abortion can be performed and abortions are state-subsidized.
