Because there's no way to "cure all cancer" unfortunately. Cancer is thousands of diseases with even more contributing factors, and a symptom more than anything else.

We aren't talking about it bc if the cure is possible, then these big pharmaceuticals won't make their buck. We are CONSUMERS. Not actual ppl wishing to live our lives to the fullest
