Because there's no way to "cure all cancer" unfortunately. Cancer is thousands of diseases with even more contributing factors, and a symptom more than anything else.

Citation required. Specifically a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial published in a reputable peer-reviewed journal. Because short of that, this claim might be bullshit itself. Idea may be sound but show me the research.
