The problem with blacks is that even if this was meant to be a prank, they're incapable of ending the prank because they get offended and turn violent. They don't have continuity of thought.

Thoughts? Over 28 years Blacks committed the raw majority (52.5%) of all homicides despite being between 11-13% of the total population over this time frame. A homicide rate 7.64 x Times the rate of White Americans (Hispanics included which fudge the number).
