Thank you for your reply. I’m going a bit off topic but there were/are photographers that visited junior schools for “identity kits” that included photos and fingerprints. I couldn’t find what they did with the information. One company was named “Child Find”.

I remember seeing an organization that was giving out identity kits. Meanwhile, I imagine they were building a large database of our children.
