Why aren't these criminals being arrested?

Where are the hoses that are dispensing white oil-based paint or pink dye? That mess stays stuck on you for days. Start spraying!

I guess no arrests are made because Mom, Dad, and Sponsor have lots of money and pay to let their kids play with the cops. The parents think it builds character, and somehow, they still profit. Consumers in Washington are strange.

They must have to been told not to arrest; that has to end.

I’m a simple guy, with a simple solution for this ongoing problem: bullets. I don’t think emptying a full magazine is necessary, just wing two or three of these punks and the others will take their rocks and go home. They’re not the bad asses they think they are.

If I had to hazard they being Portland, the DA would let them go anyways. So, save on union costs, overhead costs, and pointless paperwork. That is outside of laws and such in the city and area where the cops would end up in jail instead. Or fired.
