"The idea that you could lose your salvation. That's a lie. Salvation is forever. Salvation is eternal. There's nothing that can separate you from the love of Christ." —John MacArthur

This is excellent! “You can’t ignore trying to communicate to the evangelical world that people who turn their back on the truth and walk away never were believers, because true salvation causes people to receive a life from God that cannot die, and so it is manifested in perseverance.” — John MacArthur

"Believers are always being accused. Satan is always trying to make a case against our salvation, against God loving us, against God declaring us righteous and just. But God has already rendered His final verdict—we have been declared righteous." — John MacArthur

John MacArthur on those who think baptism is necessary for salvation: "It is crystal clear that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone, and there is no work at all. Baptism is subsequent to salvation as a public declaration and confession."
