Why can’t men express themselves? Is it that difficult?

It’s not about capacity! We learn very quickly that our parents depend on us and they can’t see us crying or expressing any other emotions for that matter cuz their emotions depend upon ours! And to top off no one gives a damn about how us men feel except our mom!

True by far. parents feel that boys can survive in any condition and no need support and also feel men should be strong, while we are fighting many battles in our head.
