Rule 101 how not to slap an iron golem

poor nekone, she always falls for the chat's stupid tricks. for iron you need to mine iron ore or building a iron golem farm with villagers, there are tons of tutorials on youtube. don't always fall for those tricks, if you're stuck at some point, google or youtube it.

If you hit the iron golem enough times with the apple, you will eventually get an iron ingot. Not a very efficient way or even a safe manner in terms of getting iron, but it is one of many ways and nonetheless.
