A month ago I had posted this: re-posting it!! If our government & opposition in INDIA is serious about Education & health why not pass a law this monsoon session of Parliament that kids of all netas will only study in government schools & colleges and their immediate family can only be treated at govt hospitals!! This is one stuctural solution apart from shri Dharmendra Pradhan ji's resignation.
