Courage probably starts tweaking when hes hurt because, like many of us, he might be trying to distract himself from the pain. Its a natural response for some people to try to take their minds off discomfort by fidgeting or focusing on something else. Pain can be intense, and finding ways to cope with it, even if its just by moving around or fidgeting, is quite common. Its fascinating how our bodies and minds instinctively try to manage pain in different ways.
