Why does Rahul Ghandy target Manusmriti? Simple! Manusmriti tells us about strengthening Family System to strengthen society. RaGa is attacking this very base. Why? To create anarchy. It has given them the power to entertain it as contempt of this Court, as well as asked them to take help from the sessions judge or the district judge concerned in case of fact-finding. The grievance must be addressed in the High Courts first, and obviously, a Special Leave Petition (SLP) against their order can be filed before the Supreme Court if the state or the parties are not satisfied.”
