@TreadAthletics @TreadHQ I can pretty much guarantee that none of the were told their pathomechanical approach was the blame and the only path towards mitigation is understanding why being late in outwards rotation of the Humerus to length causes over Valgus stress and micro tearing on every rep.

Sometimes things happen for a reason. Toxic people have a way of removing themselves from your life and while showing their true colors at the same time. I used to have a friend in my friend group that I hung out with all the time. I thought we were all tight and we had fun every weekend. Turned out he was just using me for rides. What made it weird is that we hung out for years, I never saw it coming. It wasn’t until he drank too much that he let the truth slip out and from that point on I questioned his motives and it made me reflect on everything. I’m at a point in life now that I trimmed a lot of people out. I only keep a close circle. It turned out many family members were doing the same thing. It’s rough when you feel that there isn’t many you can trust. It makes you value the people close to you now even more. Have you ever had to cut someone out of your life? Do you regret it or feel guilt for it?

I've been keeping this to myself and I think it's time I show you guys this: I want to show you what it was like when everything started in Feburary. I made a video speaking out on how I felt about trans people in January and then in Feburary 24th, someone (a 16 year old) posted my SHORT that went viral here. This is some of the reactions I recieved - and this here was from UNLIMITED GamesCage - Hype X Guy Z ULTRA and the girl in the background was ARUUU ⏾⋆₊˚⊹ During that time, I was facing a lot of hate - no support at all and you can imagine how I felt. It sucks that this had to happen.

I think that during especially during covid, I think that the doors were really open in trying to entertain any and every policy that was going to get us to a better place. And I actually think that the discussions that had that were had in that time were quite fruitful. I think that when we talk about crime today, it's fundamentally different than the way that we talked about crime in bringing crime down. Right. And I think that we all share in the goals of having as low a crime rate as possible. I think that, you know, during lockdown, of course, rhetoric in that time is not rhetoric that we would use today. And I'm grateful that these candidates have the opportunity to present who they are to their electorate and what they're campaigning on in this moment

For those of you who don’t know, I’m one of the 92 “operatives” Candace is accusing of attacking her. I can only speak for myself, but I have never been contracted by TPUSA to say anything about Charlie’s investigation, Erika, Candace, or anything else. I was already publicly defending Erika before I was ever added to that group. I was widowed at 26 when Alan was killed in Iraq. I know what it’s like to be a young widow while strangers watch, judge, and form opinions about how you should grieve. I felt like that experience gave me a perspective worth offering in Erika’s defense, and I truly believe it has. That’s how I ended up in the group. I was already in Candace’s comments pushing back and supporting Erika, and someone added me. Most of us didn’t create the group, and many of us aren’t particularly active in it. There’s also nothing nefarious about the group existing. People with a shared concern talking to each other in a group chat is completely normal. What isn’t fair is publishing 92 names and assigning motives, contracts, or coordination to people you don’t actually know. I wasn’t recruited. I wasn’t contracted. I wasn’t paid. Nobody had to tell me to defend a young widow. I knew exactly why I was doing that before I was ever added to the group. And I’ll continue supporting and defending Erika Kirk and Charlie’s legacy with or without that group. I have a feeling most of the other 91 will too.

The hustle bros & the harmony bros are both wrong. This is the right mindset: “You mentioned sacrifices, about all the things that you lost to become professional. I never had the feeling that I did a lot of sacrifices. I just was not able to do all the things that my friends were doing every weekend. But I was able to do all the things. And I did. And at the same time, when you are doing what you want to do, you are not doing sacrifices. You work hard. Of course you push as much as you can. But you’re doing what you want to do.”

And ten years later, I'm still focused on you! Feeling very grateful to have reached this special milestone. It was ten years ago today that we made history both in Burlington and in Canada. I remember when I decided to run for office... I didn't know if I would win in Burlington, but I knew that with hard work, tenacity and the right people around me, I could. That team started with me and half a dozen volunteers around my kitchen table. I spent the year leading up to the 2015 election knocking on doors - 45,000 to be exact - usually just with one volunteer at a time. Listening to you and learning what mattered to you. On election night, when I looked out at the crowd that had gathered at Emma's- there were over 200 people who had volunteered on the campaign - I was overcome with emotion at the movement we had built. The hope, the excitement, the optimism. I hold onto that feeling to this day. Thank you to everyone who has helped me, guided me, supported me along this journey. Whether through your vote, knocking on doors, making phone calls, putting up signs, organizing campaign literature, providing advice, sharing ideas and making donations - every action contributes to a successful campaign. Thank you, Burlington, for your decade of trust.

If you want to, you can tear it apart like a giant onion and keep peeling it until you're at its core. They see some guys fighting and then when you see the film you actually have this experience of it being taken apart. Whether it's through sexual fetish or fighting, actually killing guys they fight.
