Cost I imagine , I wanted to put two poles underground and PGE quoted me $100,000 for just the two poles !

@GrantCardone burying overhead lines is on the local power company, not government. That said, I’m sure governing leadership could have made it happen, if they cared.

When something seems like extreme incompetence, it's because it was planned. Now they will get truckloads of federal bail out money to build their smart city. Many people won't be able to rebuild because of no insurance coverage. Pay attention to what happens next.
