In Grace's flashback, Yao told Grace "you just need to find someone to be brave for!" which stopped Grace in his tracks like a deer in headlights because who would that be for him? He doesn't have anyone he would die for, not yet. 2. Then we see him pondering "Who would you die for?" inside the Hail Mary. 3. Aaaaand then immediately Rocky bursts into Grace's life & home because the universe had already found Grace someone to be brave for & it was his soulmate Rocky ❤️‍🩹
