Biscuits are worse than Chocolates! Bournvita can be worse than Pepsi and coke! Sounds crazy? Let me explain! Most of us have chocolates only 1-2 times per week, but we have 2 biscuits in the morning and 2 biscuits in the evening. 4 biscuits per day = 28 biscuits per week! Most biscuits regardless of how they market themselves, just contain 3 things: 1) Maida 2) Sugar 3) Palm oil! In fact sugar biscuits like Bourbon and Jim-jam have more added sugar than Kit-kat and Munch! Similarly, most kids have 14 glasses of Bournvita a week, but only 1-2 glasses of coke a week. In fact, we usually have Bournvita empty stomach so there is a high sugar spike whereas we have coke with food so the blood sugar spike can be more controlled. If we want to truly improve ourselves, we should not focus on what we do 1-2 times per week, but instead focus on what we do every day!
