He seriously reminds me of this play acting screwball neighbor I had once. He lived in this 4 story section 8 building next door to my apartment, with a bunch of other system gaming dregs who traded WICK, SNAP and EBT benefits for beer, junkfood and game consoles while selling their unneeded pain prescriptions for street drugs as their kids played in the road. Long story longer, this dude had all this mismatched military surplus gear that he'd wear for no sensible reason, while loitering & brownbagging it on the sidewalk outside the building. He looked like a complete clown in his camo cargo shorts, flip-flops, stained wife beater, Vietnam era helmet, modrrn plate carrier, detached bayonet tucked into his waistband and an unloaded rusted up .22 revolver. Very different people obviously, but the reality-challenged make-beleive impression I get from Patel is exactly the same, and as with my old neighbor, he makes me more than a little uneasy.
