My grandfather was a cop in the 50s and 60s. He said it was a lot easier to handcuff a suspect when they were unconscious. 🤣

Good luck trying to get a fat ass sleep deprived cop to do all this in a confrontation 😭

It’s not a bad technique imo but good luck teaching it to all the officers.

Shouldn't even bother with this bullshit. You got a gun right?

Retarded

Cool stuff. I’d be interested to know how many law enforcement agencies have adapted SafeWrap and what the results have been so far. Really is a cool concept and I’d like to try resisting it one day (obviously not getting arrested for real LOL) to test the method of control.

Because cops have trash training and are out of shape and suck at fighting. FACT. I worked in loss prevention/asset protection and used Gracie Jiu Jitsu and taekwondo joint locks constantly with success even arresting guys with various weapons like knives. Total crazy lunatics.

It’s a submissive/ dominance thing the police have with the public

This would not work, if they are concealing a firearm in the waist band, they are in the crosshairs

You guys got a real good thing going here.

Only ppl that try to refute this type of training are those that don’t actually know anything about fighting. I appreciate your focus & drive to equip first responders w/better alternatives.

Can I ask u people. When we start to train police to do this they will become more detached then before. The subject is not a person. We are training each other to see each other as animals. Who wins?

Too theoretical and impractical. You used a smaller guy, you’re partner maybe a women and the criminal may be more athletic and could strike you in the clinch.

Are you begging for a book long explanation for that question, Professor? Shortest best answer... I can offer Some people don't want to learn when given excuses to win stupid prizes. But they may inspire others?

solid, mi amigo.

The more essential submission hold the guys need to invent first is the one that squeezes the money for the training straight out of the asses of the ones in charge of the police budget.

Gracies ardle legendary.... Wonder what happened to their legacy??

Cops are pussies… iTs oFfiCEr sFeTY - not yours

Cops gonna mag dump and choke. They have nothing close to the control that the instructor has.

Good approach but the perp is still resisting the entire time

@RyronGracie Spitting is common and so are infectious diseases among the people resisting arrest and yet your position puts you in a close face to face. I don’t like that at all.

Your techniques absolutely work when handcuffing suspects who are resisting. Using what you teach allowed me to go home many nights. Glad to have a chance to thank you. I especially like the lateral head displacement to isolate the wrist followed by the figure 4 to take the hand to the small of the back (not on this video). I wish more departments properly trained their officers. Fewer cops AND suspects would get hurt.

Why not cuff them with their hands in front. European, unarmed police officers are able to do this all the time.

You train them, we knock em down. Send the pigs

I think every first responder should be taught BJJ. Not just policeman. In the UK the number of ambulance operators that are attacked each year is shocking. I think this should be available to everyone in service.

This dude is the man, and I’m glad I can follow you on X since I used to be on IG.
