I want to do business with people I can trust. That’s what gets you a second meeting with me. I know how to find out if you're someone I can trust, and I can do it pretty quickly. If I have an intuitive gut feeling that I can trust you, you'll get a second meeting. And if I don't, we’ll just never talk again. I'm very, very fortunate to be able to choose where I spend my time and money, and I don't really do it for the money anymore. I don't need more money.
