Why do some guys put up with almost anything from a girlfriend just so she won't leave? 🤔🤔🤔 Is it insecurity or a lack of self-confidence? A guy can get so attached to being in a relationship that he starts accepting behavior he knows he shouldn't. He might even...

Have you ever looked at your paycheck, looked at your bills, and wondered where all the money went? There's something a lot of people don't talk about enough when it comes to being a man in today's world. For many men, there's still a strong desire to be able to provide, build a stable household, take care of the people they love, and have something left over at the end of the month. The problem is that doing that can feel harder and harder when the basic cost of living keeps eating up more of every paycheck. Rent or a mortgage, groceries, insurance, utilities, gas, car payments, repairs, medical expenses, and everything else can add up incredibly quickly. Even a man who works hard and tries to be responsible can sometimes feel like he is running just to stay in the same place. Then there are the unexpected expenses that always seem to show up at what feels like the worst possible time. That creates a lot of pressure. A man may feel like he is supposed to have everything figured out, even when he's dealing with the same rising costs and financial uncertainty as everyone else. He might not want to complain about it because he feels like he is supposed to simply handle it. But struggling financially does not automatically mean someone is lazy, irresponsible, or not trying hard enough. At the same time, there is something admirable about a man who keeps working toward a better situation instead of giving up. Maybe that means learning a new skill, taking on extra work, starting a business, cutting unnecessary expenses, or simply being patient while trying to get ahead. It may take longer than expected, and sometimes progress can be painfully slow. It's also important to remember that a man's worth should not be measured by the size of his paycheck. Providing for family is important of course, but being a good husband, father, friend, neighbor, and member of a community matters too. In a world where so many people are quietly struggling to keep up, maybe we should ask ourselves whether we are expecting ordinary working people to accomplish the extraordinary just to afford an ordinary life.

What does it feel like to realize that, in your little boy’s eyes, you are one of the most important people in the entire world? There's something special about having a young son who looks up to you as a dad. At that age, Dad can seem almost larger than life. He is the guy who can fix things, reach the high shelf, carry the heavy stuff, answer the impossible questions, and somehow make an ordinary afternoon feel like an adventure. And half the time, he probably has no idea just how closely his son is watching him. A little boy does not need his dad to be perfect. He just wants to be around him. He wants to follow him around the house, help with whatever he is doing, wear his old hat, imitate the way he talks, and eventually say, “Dad, can I come with you?” The little moments can seem insignificant when they happen, are sometimes the moments that fathers remember years later. There is also something humbling about knowing that your son is learning what it means to be a man partly by watching you. How you treat your wife, how you handle frustration, how you keep your word, how you treat strangers, how you respond when things go wrong. He may not understand all of it yet, but he is taking it in. And maybe that is one of the greatest joys of being a father. You get to watch a little boy who thinks you can do anything slowly grow into a young man who understands that you are human after all, while still carrying some of the lessons and memories you gave him along the way. One day, he may not need you to carry him anymore, but he will always remember the years when being carried by Dad made him feel like everything was going to be alright. So if your little boy looks up to you today, have you ever thought about just how much that simple admiration might mean to him?

✨💗Before the World Teaches Them Otherwise There is something about the way children respond to another person in need. They don't pause to think about whether they should get involved. They don't wonder if someone else should do it. They don't stop to consider how their kindness might look to the people around them. They simply notice. And when they see that someone needs a little help, their first instinct is often to do something about it. That instinct is easy to overlook because, to a child, it feels completely normal. There is no great decision behind it. No calculation. No expectation of being thanked. Just a small act of kindness, offered because someone needed it. And perhaps that is what makes childhood so beautiful. Before the world teaches us otherwise, children trust. Before we learn to measure every relationship, children give freely. Before we become afraid of looking foolish, children simply do what feels right. An adult might walk past because they are busy. Another might notice but hesitate, wondering whether it is their responsibility. A child may not think that far. They just see a person. And perhaps that is one of the quiet lessons children give us without even knowing it: Kindness does not always need an explanation. As we grow older, life teaches us many useful things — how to protect ourselves, how to be careful, how to think before we act. But in learning all of that, we should be careful not to lose the simplest part of ourselves. The part that still notices. The part that still cares. The part that can see someone struggling and think, “Let me help.” Children are not innocent because they know nothing about the world. They are innocent because, before the world teaches them otherwise, they still believe there is nothing strange about being good to one another.

#zhanglinghe #TheBestThing 🩺🌷 he suye always told others to love themselves more than anything else. but, is he also apply it to himself? yes. these two scenes makes me realize that that he knows his value so well and also know when to give up and move on. I love how the screenwriters didn't make his character ended as a "love brain" guy that will just love the FL without any reason. even if he's already been hurt. when he was rejected, he chose to stay away from sxf. it's not until sxf came to his house that he tried to open communication with her again. in 1st video below, he said that he will also end the relationship if he feels it doesn't spark happiness anymore. this is inline with his mother's hardships during marriage. she was trying to hold onto someone who didn't have the same amount of love and made her ended up loving alone and struggling alone. this is also the reason why he didn't propose to sxf. actually, after sxf gave him the ring and the way he said "I thought you will propose me", we know he already considering marriage. but it was only when she propose to him then he propose her right away. did he passively waiting? no. at one side, he waited for her to finally ready to marry him by her own willing. at the other side, he make sure that she also have the same amount of love so he will not end up being the one who has more love in this relationship. he make sure no one in this relationship will end up like his mother. the importance to love yourself before loving others. thanks he suye for this lesson🥹🫶🏻

Wondering if you are “quad dominant” in your throw and if you should change it? Maybe you shouldn’t 🤷‍♂️ A coach’s post coming from Austin Roark 🚀⠀ -⠀ One question I get from a lot of athletes is whether they should change their lower half because their knee is over their toe during their loading phase down the mound. ⠀ -⠀ The biggest thing that I look for when trying to figure out if it is an issue or not is to see how they are able to get out of that position. Some guys are able to leverage and rotate from that position extremely well, which then I would say that it’s not an issue.⠀ -⠀ On the other hand, there are some guys who will get out of this position by driving extension out of their back leg, killing their ability to rotate their pelvis and get it in an open position into landing.⠀ -⠀ This is when I would suggest trying to make a change. I think a lot of people jump into certain ideologies that you shouldn’t do certain things because it’s “inefficient” or it looks “wrong”. ⠀ -⠀ Take a look at these pitchers shown in the video. All 3 of these high level arms have some degree of knee flexion over their toe. Now, granted, they all have insane levers to help them, but the way they are moving is what makes them efficient in how they throw. ⠀ -⠀ I think if you told Dustin May that he had to hold a vertical shin down the mound, it would be a disaster and mess a lot of things up upstream that would impact him in a negative way.⠀ -⠀ The big takeaway here is that there are no absolutes. One thing that may look inefficient to you could be the thing that makes someone else very efficient.⠀ -⠀ When trying to figure out if you should change something about someone's delivery, make sure to look at the entire unit as a whole and don’t jump into any quick changes.

Dating a man that is 30 years and above? Here are things you might not understand…. 1. He's allergic to unnecessary stress. At that age, his patience for drama is zero. Even small chaos drains him. He wants a woman who calms him, not one he has to survive. 2. He moves slower because he's thinking long term. He's not scared of commitment. He's scared of committing to the wrong woman. That caution is not lack of interest... it's maturity. 3. His career pressure is real. At this age, a man is fighting silent battles: finances, stability, responsibilities. So if he's not texting 24/7, it's not neglect... it's life. 4. He's tired of begging for understanding. If he says he's stressed and you take it personal, he'll stop opening up. Grown men close their hearts quietly. 5. Consistency is his love language. He's not impressed by a woman who is sweet today and confusing tomorrow. He needs steady energy. 6. Disrespect switches him off instantly. You might think it's a small statement or attitude, but to him, it's a sign of the future. Respect is currency for a grown man. 7. His appreciation meter is sensitive. If he feels like you only notice what he didn't do, he'll stop doing anything at all. Men that age shut down when they feel unappreciated. 8. He listens more to actions than words. At 30+, men have met talkers, manipulators and performers. What you do will matter more. 9. He already knows what he doesn't want. He won't force a vibe, tolerate immaturity, or entertain emotional games. One wrong pattern, and he'll quietly move on. 10. He loves in a steady way. Not loud. Not chaotic. Not childish. He'll show up for you, protect you, guide you, invest in you. But if you want drama over stability, you'll miss the beauty of a grown man's love. 11. He's not trying to impress the streets. He's over showing off. He wants a woman who brings calm, loyalty, and partnership, not external validation. 30+ men easily recognize patterns, as a lady, do not pretend cus you will only make things worst, be open and honest with him. They want to look at you and feel safe not confused. Ladies, be honest...Do you feel dating men 30 and above is easier or harder? Share your experience in the comments. Guys will see this kind of thing and think it’s instruction, but they don’t read the fine print: 1️⃣ This girl is married yet still posting thirst traps online 2️⃣ She is clearly ADVERTISING herself for someone; someone who is NOT the husband (the husband already has her!) 3️⃣ Further, she is bragging about what she is able to get her husband to do and how easy she has it (i.e., he is way more invested in her than she is in him) Many men assume that, “The easier and more comfortable I make life for my woman, the more indebted to me she’ll be for all that comfort and ease, the more grateful she’ll be for how spoiled rotten I’ve made her, and the less motivation she’ll have than ever to look for other guys!” This assumption is based on one very WRONG misunderstanding of women, however: That what women really want is ‘stuff’. Material comforts. ‘Nice things’. It is easy for men to get this misunderstanding, because women will constantly tell you they DO want ‘stuff’. Just like how children will tell you they want stuff: • “I want this present!” • “Will you buy me that gift?” • “A new version of that came out! Can we get it?” But if you spoil a child rotten, that does not make the child ‘forever grateful’ to you. Likewise, spoiling a woman rotten does not make her forever grateful either. The harsh reality is a woman’s loyalty has NOTHING to do with how much or how little you spend on her. You can spend on her if you want to and if it makes you feel good. But you should treat it like charity; it is like giving alms to the poor. That is, it is not an action you should expect anything back from. You can spoil her rotten but still have her posting thirst traps online, showing herself off and advertising for other men. (In this chick’s other videos, she shows herself getting a nose job, and looking at the camera flirting and ignoring her man even when he is on camera next to her paying her attention. This husband is a placeholder.) Likewise, you can spend nothing on her at all yet have her be fiercely devoted to you. If you want a woman to actually be LOYAL to you: ✅ She needs to do things for YOU. She needs to work hard in the relationship. She needs to invest in it. She needs to be putting thought into how she is going to keep you satisfied. ✅ She needs to be getting it from you hard enough in the bedroom that she is so sexually sated she doesn’t even want to think about other men or feel any need to bother to act outwardly flirtatious in public to entice other men in. ✅ She needs to be at least a little more attentive to you than you are to her. There is no such thing as ‘true equality’ except in the imagined world of Platonic ideals. In reality, someone will always be working a little harder to gain the other’s attention. For an actual healthy relationship, the one working a little bit harder MUST BE the woman! Again: buy her stuff if you really want to. But, like spoiling a child rotten, don’t delude yourself thinking that, “If I keep her comfortable enough, she’ll be so happy and loyal!” There is ZERO relationship between “spending on her” and “keeping her in-love and loyal.” These two things are completely unrelated. Her devotion stems from her feeling invested in you, not the reverse.

I think some people are just not ready to read this, so feel free to skip🫴🏼 The thing is, you don’t want to admit that Serhat is a human too just because he’s a man. And I will stick to that sentence and repeat it as much as I can. Not to convince you, but because it’s a fact. If you ask Ercan the last 2 episodes could literally be titled: “How to emotionally break Serhat in every possible way.” If you’ve been paying attention from the beginning, you would already know how his character is built. He’s someone who was never allowed to express his emotions. Yes, he was treated “better” as the heir but what does “better” even mean here? He wasn’t protected, he was programmed. Forced to suppress everything, to carry responsibility, to stay in control at all times. And that stayed with him. And when you grow up like that, you attract people who treat you the same way. That’s exactly what happened with M. She treated him in that same controlled, restrictive way. The only person who didn’t was Yıldız. From the very beginning, she saw the real him the vulnerable him. No matter how high he built his walls, she could still see through him. And that scared him. Not because he doubts her, but because he’s not used to being seen like that. Every time someone saw even a fraction of his softness, they used it against him (Akif, Sultan, M…all of them.) Yıldız wouldn’t do that, he knows it. But that doesn’t change the fact that having someone understand you that deeply feels overwhelming. It’s human. Now, about the hospital incident and the lack of communication… Both of them are right and wrong at the same time. This isn’t about blaming one side. Some situations are just the result of circumstances, not fault. And if you actually watch the show because you care about the characters, you’ll understand that. The lack of communication from the previous episode clearly showed in the office scene this episode. Yildiz moved forward, trying to hold onto their promise to trust each other, to let their word be one. But he was still stuck in that moment. Not because he held grudge against her, but because he knows that one small action( her taking the gun) led to much bigger consequences. And they both know that. And most importantly they are exhausted! Everything started when he went to kordağli’s mansion last ep . Then M told him she would marry his enemy and give his child his name. Then his Ortak was shot, and he had to carry him to the hospital and operate on him while injured!(an injury that was caused my Aşir himself!) almost losing him. He broke down alone!! no one even saw that because this is how Serhat is used to be🙂‍↕️ Then he started suspecting his own brother. Then yilidz rose the gun in front of the other ağas and that’s when all the pressure and the responsibility of maintaining control and respect not just in his family, but as an Ağa, crushed him at once! Then Yıldız was jailed because of M & the next day it was confirmed that Akif shot Aşir and he discovered his betrayal with nida and hast to give his own brother to death! Because that’s what morally correct! And then Hicran First, she was someone he was supposed to protect cuz Aşir told him to protect her. Then suddenly, she is his sister. And just as quickly, she was dying. He found out his own mother was behind her suffering. He didn’t get time to process any of it. The guilt alone is enough to destroy someone. Knowing she was always there, part of his life, and he didn’t know. That he couldn’t protect her. That he couldn’t repay her. And it didn’t stop there… He lost his status. He was manipulated by M. He was pushed further and further. Then came the final blow Hicran’s brain death. And right after that, he had to face the reality of her being an organ donor. And then… her heart goes to her killer… Anyway, since you’re all acting like superhuman creatures and these situations wouldn’t affect you at all if you were in his place then go ahead, have at it.
